2. The Services
Quotify provides lead verification via one-time passcodes (OTP), quoting tools, CRM and appointment features, and supporting assets such as QR codes and forms. Verified leads are those who successfully complete OTP verification. Credits are consumed when verification attempts or defined actions occur, as set out in your plan.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Plans, Credits, and Billing
- Plans include monthly credit allocations; annual plans include an annualized credit amount.
- Credits may be used for OTP verifications and other metered actions, as described at purchase.
- Pricing and inclusions shown on the site are indicative and may change; any promotional pricing is time-limited unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without written consent.
6. Data and Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Quotify, you consent to the collection and processing of data necessary to provide OTP verification, analytics, and service improvement.
7. Third-Party Services
Quotify may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., messaging, payment, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software related to the Services are owned by Quotify or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversions, or revenue outcomes. OTP verification increases quality but does not ensure that every prospect will be reachable or qualified.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or to protect the integrity of the platform. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Quotify is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
